My Career Path Screen
As an Employee use the My Career Path screen to see the career path that you and your manager have laid out for you. Depending on permissions, employees may have access to actions such as requesting a job be added to their career path, or viewing the job profile.
A Career Path is a roadmap to a higher position within the organization, made up of different positions that you will need to occupy to attain your ultimate job.
Employees access their Career Path information from the Career Center menu (
).If your firm uses the Continuous Feedback feature and has enabled the Career Path tab for employees, Career Path options are available for employees from within a Continuous Feedback session.
Managers access a direct reports Career Path information from My Employees (

Managers use the Career Path screen to view the current, past and pending Career Paths of direct reports. Managers can perform additional actions, such as creating new career paths, activating or deactivating a Career Path, or adding jobs to a Career Path. As an Employee use the My Career Path screen to see the career path that you and your manager have laid out for you. Managers create a new career path on an employee's Career Path page. - View Pending Career Path Jobs
Employees can view their own pending career path jobs on the My Career Path screen. Managers can view their direct reports' pending career path jobs by clicking the button on a direct report's Career Path screen. If your firm uses the Continuous Feedback feature and has enabled the Career Path tab, employees and managers can also access this screen from a Continuous Feedback session. - Add a Job to a Direct Report's Career Path
